One of the biggest mistakes I see when women try to lose weight is not eating enough. They often eat below their Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE), which is why they continue to struggle.
So, how do you figure out how much to consume? Well, it comes down to self-experimentation, which, of course, sounds vague, so in this episode, I share the exact process that we use with our clients to help them nail down their ideal macro ratio. I also highlight a number of data points to measure progress outside of the scale to help you understand if your macros are ‘working’ or not.
