Welcome to the next edition of The Friday 5! You’re in for a treat with five new favorites. You can watch the video episode below or on Instagram.
1. KC Natural Condiments
Emma, from my team, sent these to me for Christmas (when I was doing the AIP diet). Even though I’m not doing that diet anymore, we love these condiments! They’re all made with wholesome ingredients – no fillers, additives, fake sugars, etc. The BBQ sauces are fantastic. So if you’re doing an elimination diet, have food sensitivities, or are just trying to clean up your diet, I highly recommend. You can find them on Amazon.
2. Gratisfied Bars
The owner, Sarah, of Gratisifed, sent me some of these bars to try a while back and I’ve been a huge fan ever sense. They’re grain-free, full of wholesome ingredients, and are super satisfying. They make for the perfect mid-morning or afternoon snack. You store them in the fridge which keeps them super fresh. They’re not overly sweet, and very nutrient dense: 200 calories, 12g protein, 15g fat, and 6 carbs each.

3. Tom’s Slippers
Since I have been at home SO much (haven’t we all!?), I decided to upgrade my old pair of slippers. I found this cute pair of Tom’s slippers from Nordstrom, and I love them. They’re super cozy! They make a slip-on version, too. Definitely check them out!
4. Beautycounter All Bright C Serum + No. 1 Brightening Facial Oil
While I don’t talk about Beautycounter a ton, I have to give a shoutout to my favorite vitamin C serum, the All Bright C Serum. It’s gentle yet effective and helps with acne scars, pigmentation, and overall brightness. I typically wash my face, apply the C serum, and then Dew Skin – my favorite tinted moisturizer. That’s about as fancy as I get working from home. The Brightening Facial Oil is also amazing if you struggle with dryness, especially in the winter, and it smells like a citrus grove – heaven!

5. The “I Love My Instant Pot” 5-Ingredient Recipe Book
The publisher of my book sent me a copy this, and it’s right up my alley. The easier the recipe, the better. Most recipes have around 5 ingredients, and can just be tossed into the Instant Pot for stress-free meals. If you like my cookbook, you’ll probably enjoy this one! If you want dinner on the table quickly, this is for you.
