I hate to break it to ya, but the basics are boring.
And there are no hidden secrets or fancy biohacks to magically losing weight and getting healthy. It takes a basic understanding of nutrition, eating in a calorie deficit, and consistency.
This can happen one of two ways:
Restricting all of your favorite foods or consuming them regularly in moderation.
It’s up to you, but the latter is a lot more enjoyable!
