Okay, remember when you were a kid, and you would mix things together to see what would happen?
Sometimes it worked, sometimes you just ended up with a sticky mess.
But it was fun, wasn’t it?
It’s time to experiment again!
Here’s your assignment…
Instead of:
Fewer calories
Fewer carbs
Fewer hours of eating
Try:
More protein
More vegetables
More movement
More sleep
More patience
Do this for 2 full weeks. Then send me a DM and let me know how you’re feeling!
I have a hunch that you’ll feel a whole lot more energized, sleep better, have clearer skin, and maybe even drop a few pounds or inches.
We’re so programmed to cut our calories, cut our carbs, and most recently, cut our eating hours (ugh don’t even get me started on the intermittent fasting train). What if we did the opposite? Ate more protein and veggies, got more movement, more sleep, and practiced more patience?
I’m curious to find out!
