The Latest From My Feed

You might think I work out A LOT, but I really don’t.⁠⁠ I’ve even been asked (more than once), how many HOURS I work out per day. 🤪

I typically only exercise about 20-45 minutes a day 3-4 times a week.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
Instead of spending hours in the gym like I did back in my 20s and 30s, I learned the movements that are best for me and my body and I maximize my workouts to get the best metabolic bang for my buck.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
How? I focus on building muscle.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
The more muscle I have, the higher my metabolic rate. The higher my metabolic rate, the less time I ‘must’ spend working out.⁠⁠

▪anti-aging⁠⁠/longevity
▪metabolic rate⁠⁠
▪detoxification⁠⁠
