“I had a crazy week so I couldn’t {insert healthy habit here}.”
Sound familiar?
If you find yourself saying this week after week after week, maybe your ‘crazy week’ isn’t actually a crazy week, but is actually you not prioritizing what you say is important to you.
If you keep letting life get in the way of your goals and you don’t do anything to change it, you won’t get the results you want.
Period.
There’s really no getting around it.
You’ve got to make the activities and habits that move the needle forward on your goals a priority if achieving a specific result is what you really want.
Sure, we all have crazy weeks, I get it!
But if something is coming up each and every week to keep you from getting after your goals, something needs to change.
Set alarms.
Prep and pack your meals.
Get an accountability partner.
Set up a rewards system.
Create space in your schedule.
Ask for (or hire) help.
Prioritize honestly.
There are tons of things you can do to make sure what you SAY is a priority actually IS a priority.
