The Latest From My Feed

What would happen if you spent as much time on mindset as you do on the treadmill?⁠ 🤷🏻‍♀️

We spend a lot of time talking about going to the gym, tracking macros, and drinking water, but let’s take a break and talk about mindset.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
A lot of women overlook mindset because unlike when you drop a pants size or make it through a sweaty Peloton ride, it’s harder to see the tangible results of mindset work. ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
It’s just not as sexy.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
But believe me when I tell you it’s just as, if not more, important. And if you can’t get your heart and head on board, it’s going to be so much harder getting to your goals.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
Rather than pounding the pavement for an hour, what if we spent that time meditating or journaling? Or working through WHY when we see the scale go up a few pounds it ruins our day?⁠⠀
⁠⠀
We might not burn the same physical calories, but we will certainly begin to develop the mindset muscles we need to power through even the toughest times.⁠⠀
